(1). Product Overview

Non-ionic polyacrylamide is a white granule which is nontoxic and hygroscopic. It is insoluble almost in all the organic solvents while it is easily soluble in water. Its performance makes it can replace the normal-type polyacrylamide. Not only the dissolving time can be shortened by 30 to 60 minutes, but also the use cost can be lowered and the working time can be saved. As a result, an optimum effect can be realized. It also has excellent effect in terms of flocculation, thickening, paper strengthening and drag reduction of liquid.

(3). Field of application

1. Flocculating agent: It can be widely used in the treatment of industrial waste water. It is especially suitable for the treatment of neutral or alkaline sewage which has large size suspended particles, high concentration and particles with positive charge, such as the treatment of waste water produced by steel works, metallurgical plant and coal-washing plant.

2. It has been widely used in fields like petroleum industry, oil exploitation, drilling mud, treatment of waste mud, prevention of water channeling, reduction of friction, increase of recovery ratio and tertiary recovery.

3. It can be used as sizing agent in the textile industry, its performance of serosity is stable with a low level of size shedding, low level of filament breakage for textile and smooth and clean cloth cover.

4. If applied in the paper manufacturing industry, the retention rate of stuffing and paint can be increased on one hand; The strength of paper (including dry strength and wet strength) can be increased on the other. Additionally, the tearesistance and porosity of paper can be enhanced in order to improve the visual and printing performance. It can also be used in the wrapping paper of food and tea.
